The university’s campus is known as The Prince George campus, which is also the largest campus that the university has. The campus is situated in Cranbrook Hill. The university has regional campuses as well, which are situated in Quesnel, Fort St. John, and Terrace. The university campus consists of facilities such as the Research Laboratory building, Weller Library, Residence hall, and a Health Sciences building. The university also has a library that contains lots of databases, required journals.

Some famous research centers and institutes are the health research institute, community development institute, pacific institute for climate solutions, urban aboriginal knowledge network western research center, and more.

It also offers several certificate programs, co-operative education, international exchange, and integrated analytical skills and knowledge. 

In bachelor degrees, the university has a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of planning, independent minors, Bachelor of Science in nursing to offer. In certificate programs, the university offers first nation certificate programs, social work certificate programs, nursing certificate programs, and local government administration certificate programs. In diplomas, the University of Northern British Columbia provides first nation diploma programs and post-baccalaureate diplomas. 

Student Life

The university provides accommodation to its students as well. Each suite of the accommodation consists of private bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. The suit also has a large living room, and the bathroom is shareable. In the case of residential buildings, there was Wi-Fi, complete laundry facilities on every floor. 

Besides regular accommodation, the university offers guest accommodation as well. The guest accommodation is of Neyoh and Keyoh amenities. Both the amenities have furnished double-sized beds, a desk, along a chair. The amenities’ living room is furnished with a dining table, four chairs, a sofa, and a coffee table.

The room rentals of guest accommodation are of two types. First are four bedroom suites that have a bathroom, kitchen room, and a living room. The next room rental type is a single bedroom in the suite. The single bedroom suites have a shareable kitchen, living room, bathroom, and dining room.
