UNIVERSITY OF GUELPH

CAMPUS 

The University of Guelph is located at 50 Stone Rd E, Guelph, ON N1G 2W1, Canada. It is under Martha Billes as the campus chancellor. The University of Guelph hosts over 30,000 students, 1500 academic and 3800 administrative staff members. The institution has campuses located at Guelph, Toronto, Alfred, Ridgetown, and Kemptville and offers postgraduate and undergraduate courses across its campuses. 

STUDENTS LIFE

The University of Guelph has 14 different campus living environments. The campus has various housing that students can choose from Co-ed residences, Townhouses, to Maids hall. Each residence has its unique features. Most of them provide gathering and socializing places, study areas, laundry facilities, kitchenettes, and eateries.

RESEARCH

University of Guelph research Centre employs a combination of technologies and joint effort from students, teachers, researchers, and industries in conducting research. The institution’s research center includes the Advanced Analysis Centre, Aquaculture Centre, Biodiversity Institute of Ontario, Campbell Centre for Study of Animal Welfare, and the Canadian Research Institute in Food Safety.

PROGRAMS AND ACADEMIC GROUPS

In terms of programs and academic groups, the University of Guelph consists of seven faculties: College of Arts, College of Biological Science, Gordon S. Lang school of Business and Economics. College of Engineering and Physical Sciences, College of Social and Applied Human Sciences, Ontario Agricultural College, and Ontario Veterinary College.
