Campus

Utah State University consists of 100+ major buildings. Significant structures include the college’s first building, Old Main, the Merrill-Cazier Library, and the 305,000 sq. ft. main university library, which houses 1,800,000+ total volumes. The library also holds large, special collections and archives space, an automated storage and recovery system, 150+ workstations, and 33 group learning rooms. 

Research

The National Science Foundation ranked USU at 86th place nationally and 2nd in Utah for development and research. In 2019, Expenses recorded $283.9 million. By 2020, the university received $368 million+ in support of research. USU strongly highlights the importance of undergraduate research. Since 1975, the Undergraduate Research program has been in existence. There are remarkable research centers at the university.

Program and Academic Group

Utah State University emphasizes engineering, science, domestic arts, military science, agriculture, and mechanic arts. USU provides liberal arts, economics, engineering, business, natural resource sciences, and nationally known secondary and elementary academic programs. It offers master’s and Ph.D. programs in social sciences, STEM areas, and humanities. AAC, Business Council, and DECA are some of the active student clubs at the University.

Student Life

Utah State University is a public residential campus, and approximately 18,000 students stay on or straight adjacent to campus. There is also a café, Skyroom restaurant, and the Hub, which includes many dining options. USU’s outdoor Recreation Program contains camping and water, mountain, and winter sports equipment to students and provides them with maps and skills for their journey.
