University of Stuttgart

Campus 

The University of Stuttgart campus is located in Vaihingen, Germany.  There are sports facilities and a library linked to the university library. The students have access to the library facilities, sports stadium, computer center, and language and media center. They are all present at a walkable distance within the campus. There is Mensa Building on the main campus. 

Research

The University of Stuttgart is a leading institution among the research-based universities in Europe. There are two types of research works allowed in the university. One that is supported by external funding, and the other that does not require external funding. There is cooperation with industrial partners. 

Programs and Academic Groups

The University imparts education through 10 faculties. They are the faculty of Management, Economics and Social Science, Architecture and Urban Planning, Humanities, Chemistry, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Energy and Process Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics, Aerospace Engineering. There are 20 postgraduates and 56 undergraduate programs. 

Student Life 

The university has the facility for accommodating international students. The students can reside in guest houses and shared rooms under the administration of the student union. There are pets in on-post housing and Family housing and on post-housing-military only types facilities available.
