Campus

The University of South Bohemia České Budějovice accommodates campus has cafeterias, a company canteen, a central university library, language labs, and a sports center for its students. The library provides digital services to be accessed by students and faculty. They have various student organizations like the South Bohemian University Orchestra, JU Magazine, SUD Theater, International Student Club ESN USB Budweis, Student Union, Student Radio K2, and the AIESEC. 

Research 

The University of South Bohemia České Budějovice is one of the leaders among the leader-based universities in Europe. The university has developed methods to promote trans-disciplinary and multidisciplinary research works. Such as the Interdisciplinary Archaelogica under the faculty of science. Ministry of “Silly” Talks under the faculty of philosophy, Journal of Central European Agriculture (JCEA) scientific journal in agriculture under the faculty of agriculture, and many more.

Programs and Academics Groups

Today, there are 8 faculties in the institute. They offer various courses in English also. They offer short-term courses, summer courses, and Exchange Programs. They provide bachelor’s, Masters and Doctorate degrees in various subjects. 

Student Life

The University has bedrooms to accommodate the students in the halls of residence. They have 5 dormitories named K1-K5. The students can also opt for private accommodation.
