The campus has two important and famous museums, one specializing in Native American artwork and French Impressionism, and the other is the one that specializes in Oklahoma’s natural history. In 2009, the Norman campus had 6,367 postgraduate and 18,667 undergraduate students. OU offers residential rooms, faculty offices, classrooms, a library, and a computer center, all found in the same building.

The University of Oklahoma has very high research activity. National Science Foundation reported that in 2018, OU spent $283 M on research, development and came 82nd in the entire nation.
Program and Academic Group
The university provides 20 majors, 152 baccalaureates, 75 Ph.D., and 160 master’s programs. The university is a mixture of 15 colleges that includes 152 majors. Some of the programs are architecture, arts and sciences, medicine, education, engineering, public health, nursing, allied health, and liberal arts studies. OU extends multiple sports opportunities in football, basketball, women’s softball, and gymnastics. In addition to that, the University is home to 400+ registered student organizations, theatre and honor societies, and musical bands.
Student Life
The University of Oklahoma housing has facilities like a 24-hour study room, Raising Cane’s, and free tutoring courtesy. The Couch Centre consists of a quick-stop restaurant, Couch Express, and a lounge with a 3D printing lab and different rooms to study. OU’s marching band has completed its 100 years. It has 311 student musicians & dancers coming from 19 states. The university’s field of army offers officer training and education for around one hundred students.
