The University of Hradec Králové accommodates building to be used for long-term investment project laboratories. The campus also has cafeterias, a company canteen, a central university library, language labs, and a sports center. The library provides digital services to be accessed by students and faculty.

The University of Hradec Králové is one of the leaders among leader-based universities in Europe. The university has developed methods to promote trans-disciplinary and multidisciplinary research works. Their theme of projects includes New Challenges in Education, Security and Sustainable Development in the Digital Society, and Healthy Aging and Quality of Life.

The University has bedrooms to accommodate the students in the halls of residence. They are Palach Halls of Residence (Palachovy koleje) [1] and Vít Nejedlý Halls of Residence (Koleje Víta Nejedlého). They have a capacity of about 900 beds.
