The University College of Southeast is placed at Laerskoleveien 40, 3679 Notodden, Norway; it is under Petter Aasen as the campus vice-chancellor. The institution has around 17,000 learners and 1,300 official workers across all its campuses in Bo, Notodden, Rauland, Porsgrunn, Drammen, Honefoss, Telemark, Kongsberg, and Horten. The learning organization offers undergraduate, master’s, and Ph.D. programs across its campus.

RESEARCH
The University of Southeast Norway has a Centre for care research which is an interdisciplinary study including a competence Centre. Its main active projects are; Preventive home visits and screening, Voluntariness in dementia and palliative care, patient safety and quality, Self-care Patients in changes and action in outpatient administration, Loneliness among home-living older people, Assessment of care services, victims’ demands, and competencies in the municipalities and Psychic wellness assistance in the communities.

Since 2017, the institution operates in 4 faculties and 20 departments, including the University College of Southeast Business School, Faculty of Technology, Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, Science and Maritime Studies, and Faculty of Humanities, Sports, and Educational Sciences.
