The headquarters of the Royal Academy of Music was designed and constructed by the architectural company ‘C. F. Møller Architects in 2007. It was an extension to the Aarhus Concert Hall, while the newly built headquarters (Musikkens Hus) for the Royal Academy of Music is in Aalborg, Northern Denmark, and was partly designed by the Scandinavian branch of architectural company Coop Himmelb(l)au’.
Research
Research activities conducted at the Royal Academy of Music, Aarhus/Aalborg beams its concentration on musical pioneering, learning, and disseminating data and information regarding newly discovered artistic methods and concepts. Examples of RAMA Research projects are Masseeksoeriment 2016 and Music in the Brain (MIB).
