Queen's University Eligibility
For UG applicants, Queen’s has admission requirements particular to each country. Indian candidates must possess either the Indian School Certificate (CISCE) or the All-India Senior School Certificate (CBSE). A general bachelor’s degree with at least a B grade average and one academic year of full-time study are the minimal requirements for any master’s program, though eligible students may be exempt from this requirement. The institution will no longer require test results from UG applicants, such as those from the ACT or SAT, starting in 2021. But if a student’s application is strengthened by these scores, the university will take that into account.

Queen's University Placements
Undergraduates, graduates, and recent alumni in all fields can get assistance from Career Services. They provide a wide range of easily accessible resources to assist and enable students to make decisions about their future careers, courses of study, and jobs. International students are permitted to work on campus as long as they are enrolled full-time in the course and have a valid study permit. To work on campus, a full-time student is not required to have a work permit.
During the academic year, eligible international students are permitted to work off-campus for up to 20 hours per week. Students are permitted to work up to 40 hours per week during planned breaks or vacations. In addition, students who meet the requirements for financial aid are eligible to work part-time on campus and participate in the Queen’s Work Study Program.

- The dorms at Queen are spread across two campuses, Main Campus, and West Campus. Over 90% of first-year students live on campus (first-year residence is guaranteed).
- There are numerous residence halls on campus, including Leonard Hall (exclusively for men), Adelaide Hall (only for women), Watts Hall, Leggett Hall, Waldron Tower, Victoria Hall, and Morris Hall.
- Every student’s room has the following furnishings: a bed with a mattress, a dresser, a desk, a bulletin board, a bookcase, a chair, a mirror, a phone, and a data connection.
