Danish National Academy of Music has college grounds in both Odense and Esbjerg. The Esbjerg campus has 110 students divided across various programs such as Film Scoring, Jazz and Electronic Music, Classical Music, and Sound Art. The Institution is based in Esbjerg’s Old power station in Kirkegade, equipped with lavish concert halls, standard classrooms, and modern research laboratories. The Odense Campus has approximately 150 students with grand concert auditoriums and many other socio-academic facilities.

The Danish National Academy of Music is committed to contributing ground-breaking research data and information in artistic development (KUV) and academic advancement (PUV). Some of the most innovative research projects at SDMK include KUV: MUSICIANS FROM ANOTHER PLACE and PUV: DO TO TRE.
