Charles Sturt University is a multi-campus public university that was established in the year 1989. The university is located in Queensland, Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, and Victoria. The university was named after Captain Charles Sturt who made exclusive expeditions into South Australia and New South Wales. 

 

Campus and Facilities

The courses in the university are majorly delivered in conjunction with Study Group Australia. There are numerous main campuses in Wagga Wagga, Dubbo, Port Macquarie, Bathurst, and Albury-Wodonga. Besides this, the Charles Sturt University has some specialist campuses in Manly, Parramatta, Goulburn, and Canberra. The library branches of the university operate at Port Macquarie, Bathurst, Albury-Wodonga, Dubbo, and Wagga Wagga. Besides this, Charles Sturt University has services that include disability support, counseling, career assistance, all-time security service, and academic support.

Charles Sturt University has four Research Centers. Besides this, it has three centered faculties and each faculty deals with the schools and centers for particular areas of study and research.

Academic

The university provides various undergraduate, honors, postgraduate, and research higher degrees. The students can search and select the area of study that they wish to learn further. The number of courses in the university is more than 350 that covers 19 dynamic career areas. From many of their courses, some are agriculture and wine sciences, animal and veterinary sciences, business, communication, and creative industries, engineering, and more. The university also offers distance education to its students where they can choose courses for their bachelor and postgraduate level and study the same. The distance form of education is for the students who are unable to attend the campus physically.
