Arden University is based in the United Kingdom and is a private teaching university. The university was established in 1990. It was established by a well-known entrepreneur John Holden. The university offers. Soon after the establishment, the university started offering online distance learning as well. The main office of the university is in Coventry. Not just that, the university supports approximately 9,000 students both online across the globe and their six respective study centers.

In the early days, the university was established as Resource Development International (RDI) in 1990 but was later bought by Capella Education. The British government then awarded its university status in the year 2015.

Campuses

The university has six study centers in Birmingham, London, Berlin, and Manchester. At the University of Applied Sciences Europe, Berlin, Arden provides and awards various undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. There is one study center in Birmingham and Manchester, but in London, it has study centers in Tower Hill, Holborn, and Ealing. It has study centers in Leeds City Centre, UK and Berlin City Centre, Germany. You can choose to become a student of any of either the UK or Germany study center of your choice according to your convenience.

According to sources, as of now, Arden University is not involved in any research facilities. Arden University has been a member of Global University Systems since 2016.

Programs and Academic Groups

A student can opt for either face-to-face or distance learning based on his or her preference. Ardent University offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Not just that, the university also offers its postgraduate programs up to both MBA and Masters Level and that too in a variety of subjects. Some of the many offered courses by the university are engineering courses, Computer courses, Business courses.

It’s not limited to that; the university offers courses specially endorsed by professional bodies, for instance, the Chartered Management Institute, Chartered Institute of Marketing, and the Association of Project Managers. The LLB course that the university offers is recognized as a Qualifying Law Degree.

Student Life

Arden University does not offer accommodation to its students because students attending the undergraduate course need to attend 2 or 3 days of the week, and postgraduate students need to attend classes one evening every fortnight. The university also doesn’t offer accommodation because students who live and study work there and have flexibility in their timing. Since the students have to arrange their accommodation, the university is responsible for providing funds for the student’s accommodation. It will not entertain any complaints regarding the same.
