The campus at Loyola University Chicago is made up of six campuses named Water Tower Campus, Lake Shore Campus, John Felice Rome Center, Health Science Campus, and two additional campuses, Retreat and Ecology. The campus provides plenty of green space and has religious and historic buildings such as Madonna Della Strada Chapel, Mundelein Center, Cudahy Library, Cudahy science hall, and many more famous buildings.
Research
The research program at Loyola University Chicago is given an R2: Doctoral Universities –High research activity. LUC research focuses on the biology department in ecology, molecular, and cell biology. The research department has been provided with LUC labs and greenhouses to accelerate the research process.

Loyola offers several programs with specializations in medicine, health science, nursing, and arts and science. The LUC provides 80 plus undergraduate and more than 140 professional degrees. Student Life
LUC has provided apartments and residence halls for the accommodation of the students on campus located in Edgewater neighborhoods and Rogers Park. The first-year students are accommodated in the Lake Shore Campus. Loyola’s residential department manages the student’s services and facilities.
